Eric was so helpful. I had him inspect my 2 garage doors after another service came out to do an inspection - and suddenly one of my doors stopped working. He explained everything and gave me a nice discount, as he did not have to do a full service. I had a lot of confidence in him and will never use that other service again. Tech (John) let us know when he was on the way, made the repairs and recommended another minor repair for a minimal expense (the last company that worked on our door said we needed a new door), he had a great attitude about his work...so refreshing!!!
